Nalia isn't really annoying, apart from when she wants you to help her. Every time you enter the copper coronet she interrupts you.

I don't know why people hate Anomen though, he is useful -the one I hate, (and always have) is Jaheira, (and Aerie, Jan is annoying too, but not as much) I always killed her and either kept or left Khalid. (He only needed one item to be a good fighter, unlike Minsc, who has crap dex and low con.)
