Just started Chap 3, some quick advice requested:
I've got a TON of unfinished quests from Chap 2, including the Fallen Paladins, Unseeing Eye, rescuing Haer'whassisname, Trademeet, Umar Hills, Windspear Hills, and a few others I can't remember. There is also a lich at the City Gates that I have a score to settle with.
Should I finish the quests in Chap 3 and go on to Chap 4, or should I finish all the outstanding quests firsts? Alternatively, can I finish the Chap 3 specific quests, and finish all the other Chap 2 quests, before I move on to Chap 4?
