Make sure you enable cheat in the game, and use the MoveToArea code to teleport your party back to the initial dungeon of Jon, the area code is:
AR0602
Once you got Minsc, then use MoveToArea again to teleport you back out to:
AR0400 - Slums
AR1000 - Government District
AR0300 - Dock
... etc
