Just like every other editor, it really is how you use it that counts. Creativity is the key. If you make an item fun, amusing, give it a deep history etc - then surely everything's fine. If you make a sword that kills everything, why bother? If you want to cheat, use the old Debug Mode and Cntl-Y everything.
