My thief was struck in combat by some evil witch and received level drain of 2 levels. I have tried eveything I can think of to fix this problem. Specfically, I bought a scroll of restoration and cast that on the thief, but nothing happened. Reading the description of "restoration" this should fix the problem. Is there a piece of the puzzle I'm missing? Maybe my cleric hasn't advanced to a level to make the spell effective? What gives?
