The problem with BG2 is that u are all really powergamers.
Having played BG1 i found that the high starting levels and the abundence of amazing weapons and Magics available right at the start was making my game too easy. I am RPG all the way and much prefer a characterful romp to a simple slaying. I don't mind having my party thrown about because the whole point is to anticipate trouble before it starts,"HeHeHe that small guys toast!"
