If you want to check the progress of the romance, look for the variable CharnameRomance, the higher(larger) the number associated to this, the longer the time you have spent (progressed) in it. CharnameRomanceActive is a general indicator on whether you have messed up or not through your in-game dialogue and action choices.
As for Aerie, somehow you might have "mis-stroke" a key when you are on her info screen while using Shadowkeeper, just change it back. No harm is done.
