Set lots of traps(7) on the place where he appears. Use the Vhailors helm from Deidre in the Adventurer's Mart and make simulacrum on your Barbarian or Berserker. Put them in "Rage Mode" and start hitting. Fire elements are also very usefull. Use your Mage to remove and breach the spell protections of the Lich. By the way if you don't have Barbarian or Berserker Korgan is pretty good.
