I need a bit of input on who and what to take to spellhold.

Ok, I've done just about everything in chapter 2. Kangaxx is still alive, if that 's the right word. I haven't topped the Red Dragon, and there's a couple of NPC sidequests I haven't even gotten to - a bit boring now.
I've finished the guild wars (I sided with the Shadow Thieves) and am supposed to go to spellhold now.
My party at present is:
Me (Ranger) level 13
Minsc level 13
Jaheira level 11/13
Korgan level 10
Aerie level 11/12
Jan level 11/12 (about to level up as thief)
I've got just about every bit of armour and weaponry money can buy (well, I used the master thievery buy-sell to get a lot of it!!)
the only weaponry left as far as I know lies with the Red Dragon and Kangaxx.
So is this party ok for Spellhold? and what do I need to take with me - weapons armour, potions etc.
I'm not looking for a walkthrough here, just don't wnat to turn up on the beach without my swimming trunks!!
