Well,
Firkraag for some reason doens't follow you. So first you kill his sidekick (lure him away) and then you take a couple of wizzards (but just staying out of sigth of firkraag) and put 6 or more cloudkill near him as rapid as possible. Then wait a little an start destracting him by walking an hasted person up and down, this way he won't heal himself completley when he is almost down. Then grab the loot.
