swashbuckler/mage is the way to go. i played solo and kicked some @sses. the pro with kensai/mage is that u canīt even use bracers(bracers of defence AC3).
with a swash i was able to have (at level10) a mage who can use katanas and has an AC of -9 (-12 if use blur, even better with draw upon holy might)
bracers of defense AC3
swash -1AC (-3 at level 10) (and +2 to hit and +2 to damage)
dex 18 -4AC
single weapon style -2AC
protection ring -1AC
any cloak -1AC
dakk'orns(forgot how to spell) blade -1AC (plus the extra spells).
Total -9AC
Iīm now playing a fighter10/thief for awesome backstabing.
