You can try this :

CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("JaheiraRomance","Global",1)

That will force the next dialouge, UNLESS there is a certain condition that needs to be met, such as sleeping outdoors or something.

So try that, and if nothing happens, try sleeping outdoors, or something like that. See if it works.
