Actually if you have multiple dragons kangax dies pretty quick cause he gets wing buffeted around and the dragon breath just kicks his ass. There is a way to keep them in red circles and fight each other. You bunch them all together and get a dragon to use his breath weapon so it affects the other guys and they scrap each other.
