1) Go to the middle top of the sewers. There you will find a group of warriors and a mage who will attack you. Killthem. Now go to your left. There you will find the hidden entrance to the wizard.
2) While doing the Firkragg-quest, you will encounter Tazok, a warrior from BG1. Kill him, and you will find a key named "Sewers Key" among his loot. That key will open the door.
