Hehe, u don't need a kit editor because u only edit a few 'text' files (2da files). Making the spell effects for the innate abilities, resistances and almost every advanced effect is the difficult part (well long-winded) and u use IEEP for this. The Lich is deliberatley slow, I mean come on, how slow are the in-game liches. I have put +5 on his speed and just left him a little slower than the average character, look at all his advantages.

There are already editors for spells, items, areas, BAMS, TISs, creatures, characters and almost anything u could ask for.

Most of these files were hex-edited before the editors were made and that's what the editors do- hex-edit the files for u. Make sure u thank TL if u see him. He made IEEP and and is constantly updating it. Anyway, any other questions put on my questions thread so they can all be in one place.
