Very tough battle.
I would just like to highlight something Melusine said -
TAKE OUT THE PRIESTS FIRST(Happy now Nanobyte 
). I know you've said you've done this, but if you don't you have to kill it about 10 times - which isn't too easy
Remember this fight is extremely difficult, don't be afraid to throw everything you've got at it. You can alway ressurect people as well.
