Arkenis Garth is not only unkillable (the AG that spawns when you attempt to kill Renal or other shadow thief in an inappropriate time), but he also wield the killer sword (KILLSW01). As for other unkillable character, the Bodhi who you meet before the final confrontation is also unkillable (BODHI). As for Drizzt, he is killable.
