Follow up that I just remember'd:
This is more a game issue question BUT:
Sometimes when I go to talk someone it says:
"You cannot innitiate dialogue with whoever"
Not
"So and so is busy"
Just
"You get no love"
Sometimes reloading the area solves the problem, but some npcs just wont talk regardless?
