Actually, they're wands of monster summoning and I think that the only one is the one that you get in Irenicus's dungeon (with 1 charge). You may be able to buy one from a merchant somewhere also, but I didn't bother because the monsters that get summoned are usually wimpy. I'd rather summon skeletons/skeletal warriors, fire elementals, wyverns, or invisible stalkers.
