Oh yea, in case u didn't notice the SPL filenames are coded;
SPWI* = mage/bard spells
SPPR* = priest spells
SPIN* = innates
SPCL* = class ability spells
the number is three digits XYZ where X is the level of the spell.
So even if u forget and can't be bothered to open language.txt, u will know for example that
SPWI806.SPL is level 8 mage spell
