Just cast spells on your party members(haste, bless, chant, etc...), use zone of sweet air if Ihtafeer comes up with her cloudkill spell, strength of one(Jaheira) has also proven effective. When you enter the room, position your fighters as fast as possible, maybe summon some creatures on the upper platform to keep Jalaal(or was it Saadat) busy. Clerics and mages attack with ranged weapons. It shouldn´t be too difficult with enough preparations.
