Sorry, I don't have the specifics handy and uh, I am going say those dreaded words...LOOK IN THE MANUAL!
Bard song is a bit different depending on the bard kit you choose. I have a skald and as she gets to higher levels the bard song gets better. If I remember correctly, it enhances your party's THACO among other things. I seem to recall that at higher levels a +4 (?) AC is added too.
Maybe my co-adventurers, Charlie or Turbovee will have the NUMBERS for you...they did check on them once when we began playing. Me, I rarely remember those pesky things!
