No the Nameless One from Planescape: Torment is not Khelben Arunsun. Khelben Arunsun is (I believe) actually a half-elf but in all apperance is a human. He is also a Chosen of Mystra. Khelben could not claim his Elven name so he went by his father's name of Arun's son or the the Nameless One or the Nameless Chosen. The Nameless One from Planescape and Khelben Arunsun are two different people
