hmmm.... Those measly pit fiends and balors are wimps compared to a nasty creature that eternally plagued me back in Bard's Tale III (and now I'm really showing my age.... The much-dreaded "Cursed Nuisance", a nasty little critter that didn't have many hit points but always attacked first and never missed. As if that weren't bad enough, they were almost always totally immune to magic and really difficult to hit. I converted them to AD&D rules, giving them MR 100%, a thaco of "misses only on a 1" and an AC of "hit only on a 20". They were most often used to humble arrogant players.....
