Nope... there are definately arrows of detonation... I remember coming across them (although I can't for the life of me remember where)...
But it won't be unbalancing coz you don't come across them in quivers... I think I've only came across a single arrow in the entire game...
Although booting up Shadow Keeper and assigning a few hundred of that stuff into your quiver slots is quite fun (boooooom!!
)
