Jaheira - Jodie Foster - she doesn't take any c%&p.
Minsc - Definitly Sly Stallone - very muscley but rather dense. Yes he's short but can wear ramps or stand on a box or something.
Keldorn - Sean Connery - bad tempered and violent.
