Ok here is the deal.
First of all I assume that you are speaking about his demilich state NOT the normal lich.
You shall need weapons of +4 or greater that is Crasomyr ,Crom Feyr,Wave,Dragons Breath,Cutthroat,Boneblade or the spear of withering.
As soon as he says:"You have released me,(Or something)" use a protection from undead scroll on each of your taks able to hit him.
At the same time move your mage in front of him and cast spell imunity abjuration.He will ignore your tanks and try in vain to inprison your mage.Hit him hard and he shall fall.Just keep an eye on the duration of the spell imunity,since you might have to recast one.
