I personally like to have two or four mages let loose Magic missles at the same time. Or have them all throw out a fireball.
Best combo: have Druid use Entangle, then have a web spell, then cloudkill and a fire ball or two just for fun . . .
Didn't gate or call many cannon fodders . . .
