I did it first time out of the dungeon, not too hard just used wand of cloudkill, but used backstab on the mage with yoshi after i set a few traps. after they were all choked up from the cloudkill i simply sent a party member in to lure them out they were pretty much dead by the time they got out so minsc, yoshi and me cut them into pieces.
