get rid of edwin, Aeire is a mage and a cleric. You need a cleric more than you need a pure mage. You'll want your reputation up high too and Edwin will leave when it gets to 19 0r 20. I think he's overated really.

Edwin will eventually come to physical blows with Minsc and Keldorn so you don't want him in the party with those two anyway.
