>It's in the Mind Flayer Lair in the Athkatla Sewers. You need the Sewer Key which you can loot from Tazok in Firkraag's Dungeon to open a secret door in the Sewers under the Temple District. This will give you access to the Illithid's Lair in which you can find the Hammer.
