As the title says - how do you travel between areas?
I've left the Promenade but it appears that the only area I can go to is the slums.
I know that the game hints that I should proceed to the slums next, but if I wanted to go to say the Bridge District or to the Government District (to see the Cowled Wizard rep about spellcasting in the city) how do I do it?
Or is this deliberately done by the designers to ensure we don't stray too far from the plot line?
