Unfortunately it was a bone of contention for a while. Some of us wouldn't realise, for instance, that talking tactics was a Spoil. Mnemoch gave a good description of Spoiler marking in the Official Notice we've been bumping. I was going to register with TOB forum but after this, I'm not so sure.
