When you are downstairs a Nishiru will attack your mage.Keep your mage away from it,so have your friends go after it.The Glabrezu and others shouldnt be too tough if you take them out one at a time.
Upstairs: Go in Pumped up and invisible.I try to get all my team into the room on the left(never mind the trap-you'll survive).Once in there cast lots of nasty spells into the room(web,cloudkill,stinking cloud),if they havn't spotted you by now ,let them suffer in the vapours and then move in and take out the Mage first.Tidy up.
