Well, did you go straight down and emptied out the unseen eye dungeon, then killed the blind beholder too? If the answer is yes, than you've missed the part where Gaal (one of the high priest of the "evil" cult) gives you a key to retrieve part of an ancient artifact from the Rift Dungeon below. Only by getting the key you will be able to unlock the locked door near the entrance to the cult map.
Of couse, you can remedy this by doing the following:
1) Provided you have enabled cheat, use the ExploreArea() cheat to reveal the ENTIRE map of the cult.
2) Then select all your party memebers and press [ctrl] + [J] when you have placed your cursor on the Northern (inaccessible) part of the map where you see a tomb. There, now you can pick up those lovely arms and legs.
ANother way to do is to add the Gaal's Key into inventory via Shadowkeeper or add the key into inventory by the CreateItem code. Hope this helps.
