Cutlass +4: Sea's Gift.
This finely made cutlass known as the Sea's Gift was forged by a human ship captain and weapon smith named Captain Hector Isenguard. Isenguard wrought this blade of pure mithril and decorated it with valuable jewls. Isenguard then had a wizard friend who's name is not known imbune the weapon with the spirit of the sea and temper the blade with pure water. The fine blade shimmers a bluish/green as does the sea it's self. This is as finer cutlass as anyone has ever crafted and could become legendary in the right hands.
