You want your cake and eat it don't you?
Well what you want isn't possible as wear armour prevents spell casting. A Kensai-Mage will give you a fighter that can cast spells, but obviously a Kensai can't wear armour. Alternatively a Paladin will give you a good fighter, and at higher levels gain Priest spells.
