Well.....if you kill Gaal before retriving the 1st piece of the Rift Device, the Blind Beholder will pop out and say "hello", when the whole drama is finished, provided you have some decent weapon it will be less than 5 minutes.
Beware if you are reloading, sometimes the beholder won't show if you reload.
