Make sure that you have enabled the cheats by editing your baldur.ini file. You need to add the following line under
[ Program Options ]
Debug Mode=1
Then when you start your game you press Ctrl+space and you will get a dialogue box. Type [ CLUAConsole:CreateItem("C6LANTHO",1) ] without the [ ].
