Plus you get 6 casts of any of 3 level 9 spells under the EXP cap..I think..
I dont remember but he can cast a lot more than a mage, he literally doubles or triples your spell casting firepower and versatility in any situation, and you dont have to slow down your party by having to rest just to change your spell combination. He's even better with contingencies..
