I guess you will have to either reload or play the quest in another time through the game, since I am not sure if Hare'delis and the others will "spawn" if you do the MoveToArea code. But then again, if you are going to MoveToArea "in", you can also MoveToArea "out".

AR0516 - Astra Prison, that's the area code to get there.
