The exact phrase can be found by clicking on the "help" screen at the top of the boards page.
As for looping the gif, when i used the "wizard" for the animator that is in that program, it looped itself.
Did you also get the infinity explorer? You need this to export the files that you will import into the animator. I do not know the site I downloaded from, however, I found it by doing an internet search for infinity explorer.
