I pickpocketed them all, including the Prince for the key to the treasure room, completed the quests, returned and then killed them all. I ended up with 3 ropes, numerous orbs and lots of EXP. You can do the same in the Underdark hehehe. Now where's Charlie, I have a 3 for 2 offer on some magical rope, used only once...
