It's not part of the Unseen Eys quest, although you pick up the demi-lich's body parts along the way (arms and legs I believe). This is provided that you did not kill Gaal and has obtained the key to the Rift Dungeon, just follow the path, you cannot miss the tomb.
And yes, be prepare for a lich fight.
