Have you tried surfing into the more famous artists hompages like Elmore, Frazetta and so on? There you can find images you can easily remake into BG1/2 and Icewind dale portraits, you also have some portraits at the original webpages for icewind dale over at interplay.
If you have a scanner and the pen and paper game you van find alot of good picturees, you also can scan magazines and edit images to style them more into your own imagination heroine. If you need any help write me aline and I can send you some pics and some ideas.
