Yes, Guenhwyvar is in cat form, but the statuette remains even after the summoning. I think this was simply an oversight when creating Drizzt for the game. Continuing with this line of reasoning, Drizzt should have bracers of speed (on his feet), Cattie-Brie should have a Sword of Sharpness (good ol' Khazidhea) etc. Actually, Wulfgar shouldn't be with them, if you recall. I suppose it depends upon the timing of SoA versus the books. They haven't been this far south since The Halfling's Gem, unless they are going to visit Cadderly for the first time, but even then you would encounter only Drizzt and Cattie-Brie (with Harkle, Robillard, Capt. Duerdemont (sp), etc). Just enjoy the game (and try to not kill Drizzt--he is a force for goodness, after all).
