I don't know about a ring of wizardry, but there are some very nice things here. The nicest one is the cloak of mirrors (or something like that). It's nice because it reflects all magic damage spells cast at that character back at the caster. To get it, go to the middle of the fish head, you'll get ambushed. It's on one of the priestesses. Also part of a unique item (the wave blade, I think) is on the prince, but killing him is the evil path through. However, I've heard that at the end (after fulfilling his quest) you can kill him without any problems. You might be able to pickpocket him for it, too.
