Armisael and Memnoch, I couldn´t agree more, the XP you get for giving a little boy his lost teddybear from a terrified halfling thief is ridiculous, I had Minsc kill him the second time and the XP was the ame.. And well Bodhi can linger under the "villians who returns to piss you off more than once" which might justify a higher XP award but then Firekragg would be worth enourmos amounts of XP and furthermore.... where the heck is all the gold and jewels???

And yes I also think it would be better to lower the level arising and have more profiencies or something so you can flesh out your character more an it would be easier for a BG3, but maybe the guys at Black Ilse has something figured out for the next sequal..
