when you enter those into your console, viconia will say "I, Viconina, am a lezbo, and you shall die for it!" or something like that, but then she summons knights, paladins, etc.. and if viconia is IN your party, and you are male, you can use them, if you are female, they will rape you. Simple as that.
Again, God help you if you are female.
