Minsc has another good line if you drop your reputation to where he is unhappy:
"This behavior must not continue. Feel the burning gaze of my HAMSTER and change your ways!"
And I like Lilarcor's lines. Most of them are downright hilarious.
"Well since you asked I would like to register a complaint. I want to kill a dragon. That's right. A dragon. No no no. Go. Now. Go kill a dragon, that would be SOOO cool!"
I also like the speech from Minsc when you are trying to convince the Pirate Lord to let you in the asylum and you let him do the talking.
Worst, I agree about the gathering the party bit. If I could, I would reach in and strangle that voice.
